Alchemy World Social Entrepreneurship Centres (AWSEC)
 
The boys and girls in our AWSECs are recognizing their true leadership potential, and are learning to realize their dreams however ambitious for the benefit of their community, their country and their own personal goals.

This scheme is also expected to benefit the country in terms of providing additional qualified manpower resource, create and develop business entities that will contribute to the country’s employment capacity and expanded wealth creation in the long run. In addition, it will open up opportunities to benefit from trade within the lucrative worldwide markets.

The AWSECs are the building block of our organisation.
 
Each centre is constituted by classes of 24 students. It is our goal is to grow each centre to run 4 concurrent classes, resulting in the graduation of 96 entrepreneurs every year from each centre. Furthermore, it is our intention to have 100 AWSECs in Ethiopia alone thereby creating 9600 new young entrepreneurs every year Each business is expected to employ 20 people on average resulting in the creation of 180000 new jobs every year.
