Carlo, born of Italian and Ethiopian parentage, has been planning this NGO for 10 years and has it as his personal mission to change the fortunes of people in Ethiopia. He is also founder of Advanced Alchemy, a company that accelerates business success in the technology field, and supports giants like Microsoft, IBM, and Sun Microsystems, both strategically and tactically from a sales and marketing angle. Carlo is now living permanently in Ethiopia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Daniel is based in Addis Ababa and is the operational centrepiece of Alchemy World. Danny is Ethiopian and has held senior positions in the ICT sector in America, the UK and Africa.

Carola is Carlos partner and a leading journalist in German speaking countries. She has real passion for Alchemy World's mission and has moved permanently to Ethiopia in November 2008. She is often travelling to the different project sites and is also involved in media planning, donor relationships, website development and field project co-ordination in Ethiopia.
