Community Support - An Overview
The students in our AWSEC centres come from very poor communities. Until they joined our classes they often had to work long hours during the day in order to support their families.
We want them to be able to fully concentrate on their education and future business from the moment they enter the school. This is why Alchemy World established also a Community Support Programme.
The family of each of our students gets a small monthy support in order to buy food and clothes and other urgently needed daily life necessities. We try to help the communities by supplying medical care, building wells, pit latrines and new houses etc. When our students will have become young entrepreneurs they will be able to support their families and communities themselves.
